The window/counter hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to noon.  The lobby is open at 7:30 am, and remains open until 5:30 pm, including the 1 pm to 2 pm siesta.
